Team Preview: Badmoonrisin R/T

Badmoonrisin has existed in Nasrac since season 4, and up until this season it was called Y&F Motorsports. The team changed its name after owner Yoops quit, then came back and decided to change the team name for something new. It has been a team that has won most of the championships other than AAA. Will they be able to break through and beat X2X along with the rest of the competition and triumph in AAA as they rebuild with a new team name?

Q&A

With all the offseason changes, how will they effect your team?
A…I don’t think it will affect us much at all.

What are your predictions for your team this year?
Clearly, we are rebuilding our team after losing a few very good racers at the end of season eleven. However Alan Snyder is doing a great job in recruiting new, talented racers. Badmoonrisin R/T, formerly Y & F Motorsports, is a survivor with a great history of NASRAC success. We will be fine and shall thrive with a good mix of new talent and others that are destined to be future Hall of Fame Inductees.

Any drivers on your team you think will have a big year?
Just to mention a few, HOOTER/HOOTMAN, Alan Snyder, Luke1396, A1Bengal, Stubaby, Buddha Man/Rocker, Jeremy Hanson, and so on. Our new racers such as Lew7hokiefan, Marc8220, Rex Carr, have all proven themselves to be very good racers. We look for outstanding seasons for all of our BMR Racers.

Who’s your biggest competitor this season?
Any NASRAC Team is fully capable of a breakout season but you must look to the historically strong ones such as, X2X, Bupp, Sith, to be at the top of the heap. 1UP/Bailey came on strong late last season as well

What’s your biggest concern going into this season?
Our rebuilding effort but, as I said, we have the core talent and great leadership. Things are looking great for BMR once again.

I would also like to take a moment to honor kenny55 and Joyce F, the owners of KVJ Racing on long and outstanding NASRAC careers. I am saddened to see racers of this quality leave the game.

I forgot Jim Maroney in my listing of great new racers. Jim proved himself to be a good one in season eleven. Good things will come Jim’s way in his NASRAC career, I have no doubt.
